From Asheville, NC, take I-26 W/ US-19 N. Take Exit 9 for US-19/ US-23 ALT N towards Burnsville/ Spruce Pine. Travel 10.9 miles and take a right on Phipps Creek Rd. Go 1.1 mile and turn left onto Ball Rd. then turn left on Mountain Air Dr.
From the front gate, drive 3.1 miles on Mountain Air Dr. (you'll com to a fork and veer right and continue on Mountain Air Dr.). Then veer right onto Andrew Banks Rd. Go another 0.4 miles and veer left on Logging Horse Rd. 224 Logging Horse Rd C-101 will be the last set of condos on the right. There is one garage parking spot and additional parking in the gravel cul-de-sac.
