You will find that there is plenty of room for you and your guests with two master bedrooms with en suite suite bathrooms; one located on the main floor in addition to a guest room and the other located on the lower level with den. The lower-level den also has a full-sofa bed. There are rear decks on both levels of the condo that face the mountains to enjoy panoramic views. This home is the perfect mountain villa to relax and unwind.

Guests also receive year round club access to the Mountain Air Country Club and all its amenities. The Clubhouse is located at the summit of the mountain in Slickrock Village. This country club has it all from a private aircraft landing strip to golf, Pro Shop, racquet sports, spa, hiking trails, nature center, community parks, fitness center, and much more. *Our outdoor heated pool will close on Sat, Oct 1, 2022. Our outdoor jacuzzi will remain open until the end of November, weather permitting!

*Orville and Wilbur's Bar & Grill will close for the season starting Sun, Oct 30, 2022. It will re-open mid-May 2023.

*The Clubhouse Dining Room is open for dinner Wed-Sat evenings, by reservation. There is a business casual dress code.

From Asheville, NC, take I-26 W/ US-19 N. Take Exit 9 for US-19/ US-23 ALT N towards Burnsville/ Spruce Pine. Travel 10.9 miles and take a right on Phipps Creek Rd. Go 1.1 mile and turn left onto Ball Rd. then turn left on Mountain Air Dr.

Go 1.9 miles up the mountain past the front gate and turn left on Heritage Ridge Rd. and take your second right on Stoney Falls Loop. The group of "41" Condos are the first group of condos on the left. Park in the designated parking area for B-3.
